Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Vigyansh platform, including the websites at vigyansh.com and app.vigyansh.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Imbine Technologies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.

1. Description of Service

Vigyansh is an AI-powered educational tutoring platform designed for Indian students studying across CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula, currently covering Class 5 through Class 12. The Service provides:

  • AI-guided question answering grounded in school textbooks and curricula
  • Guided step-by-step questions and hints to lead students toward understanding concepts
  • Interactive visualizations and simulations for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics
  • OCR-based input for printed or handwritten questions
  • Bilingual support in English and Hindi

2. Appropriate Use & Student Safety

Vigyansh is strictly intended for educational purposes. Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to use the platform to generate non-educational, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our underlying simulation models and prompts
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized third parties

3. Disclaimer on Educational Advice

While Vigyansh utilizes advanced step-by-step guided verification and page-exact NCERT textbook citations, educational content is provided for learning assistance. Official marks and certifications remain under the jurisdiction of the respective examination boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards).

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
